9. COD Orders

For COD orders, LOIRA may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to verify the order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Customers are expected to accept COD orders placed by them. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being restricted or disabled for future purchases.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, subject to location and courier availability.

Opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
