Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. We accept returns or replacements for products that are delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video may also be requested to help us verify the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days, and the time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
